How To Use:

• Start kneeling on your knee pad on the floor and place the Ab Roller in front of you
• Place your hands on the handles on either side of the wheel and extend your arms straight down in front of you. This is the starting position
• Slowly roll the Ab Roller forward until your arms and shoulders are fully extended in front of you
• Return to the starting position by rolling the Ab Roller back towards your knees
• Repeat for 10 to 15 repetitions
• As you get stronger, increase the number of repetitions or roll the Ab Roller further to increase the challenge
