Returns

Customer satisfaction is important. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. A replacement or refund will be arranged at no extra cost.
